Welcome to this space of change. If you’re here, you may be facing something difficult or transformative, ready to grow despite the challenges. Growth isn’t easy—often involving discomfort, solitude, and self-exploration. If this resonates, read on. If it doesn’t, I’d be glad to connect you with someone who might be a better fit.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nine years of experience in settings ranging from psychiatric hospitals to private practice. Since 2018, I’ve led Roots by the Sea, where I offer compassionate, personalized care. As an Affiliate Professor in Antioch University’s Addiction Recovery Program, I’m committed to guiding new therapists and expanding my own understanding along the way.
Collaboration is key to my work, and I often partner with other providers to support the best outcomes for my clients. I approach therapy with a foundation in empowerment and attachment theory, integrating techniques from Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, Psychoanalysis, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This allows me to tailor our work, helping clients rewrite old narratives, process generational trauma, and take charge of their healing journey.
If this feels like the right fit, step inside and let’s begin.
